[feature request] Connect the core deletions API to tiledbsoma

Is it possible to remove obs (or vars) from a tiledb-soma database?

The tiledbsoma.io module docs include:

• Data conversion to/from TileDB-SOMA
• Updating values within a TileDB-SOMA Experiment
• Growing a TileDB-SOMA Experiment

AFAIK, updating does not allow for deleting records. Can one delete obs/var records?

Sorry if I'm just missing that documentation.
