Introduce
SingleStoreChatwrapper.We are going to use this wrapper instead of
SingleStoreChatOpenAIone.The reasoning behind this decision is that we would like to hide the protocol that the the Chat wrapper is using to interact with LLM models.
Once this PR gets merged and released, we are going to remove the existing
SingleStoreChatOpenAIwrapper.
