Describe the bug
When using the CLI/terminal interface, random horizontal grey rendering artifact appears across the middle of the screen. This solid grey bar covers part of the content area, preventing the underlying text or UI elements from being displayed correctly. It looks like a display corruption/rendering bug in the terminal UI.
The issue doesn't happen all the time, it's more likely to occur when context is long.
I've tried to clear the cache/compact/Force Restart, sometimes compact works, sometimes force restart works, but it's not a solid fix.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'CODEX CLI'
- Click on 'Disconnect'
- Scroll down to 'bottom'
- See error
