Extended functionality of Card, FileUploader, Input and some bug fixes

So I started using this library but there is a lot of things hardcoded without option to customize things. This is first PR to make that possible and make some fields more customizable.

Fixes

• Fixed invalid code in _Host.cshtml (double slashes, making project un-buildable)
• Extended gitignore to ignore Rider's files
• Changed hardcoded link in NotificationMessage to customizable value or javascript:void(0); by default

SideBar improvements

• Added option to specify custom chevron to tree view, fallbacks to fa-angle-left
• Modifed code to preserve state when URL is opened directly or refreshed

Cards

• Made Title optional. If there is no title, header won't be rendered
• Extended example page with cards with no title

Login page

• Extended login page example with email validations

File Uploader

• Improved file uploader to contain more checks and be more customizable
• Renamed methods to contain Async suffix
• Added OnFinished event
• Added support for maximum files to be dropped in
• Added support to check 'supported file extensions'

Input

• Added Readonly option format
• Added option to customize attributes
