next/babel확장을 제거했습니다.packages/document build실행 시packages/main산출물을 먼저 만들도록prebuild를 추가해 새 워크트리에서도 빌드가 안정적으로 통과하도록 했습니다.테스트 결과

next build중 Browserslist 데이터가 오래됐다는 경고가 출력되지만 빌드는 통과합니다.docs/plans/2026-03-24-project-restart.md는 현재 로컬docs/아래의 비추적 파일이라, 실제 merge 시점에 별도 반영이 필요합니다.
