Multiple test case failures

Environment:

• Using test_agtype.py
• Python 2.7.14 in virtualenv (psycopg2 2.7.3.1) on Arch Linux
• Agensgraph 1.2.0.r56.gbf5b0364

I'm not entirely sure if this is a psycopg issue with Json value conversion into strings or not.

There was Cypher expression issue, now solve.
I have tested to AgensGraph for 1.3.0 about test_agtype.py
