[Bug] Outdated reference to GitHub Copilot extension should be changed to GitHub Copilot Chat extension #202

Description

@matthewbeaumont

Summary

There are references int the bot generated issue to "GitHub Copilot" extension that should probably be changed to "GitHub Copilot Chat" extension within the issue that gets opened by the bot. Also GitHub Copilot Chat is a built in extension so doesn't ned to be installed but does need to be enabled for the exercise.

How to reproduce

  1. Go to the "Exercise: Getting Started with GitHub Copilot" Issue created by the bot.
  2. Scroll down to "Step 1: Hello Copilot" then scroll down to "⌨️ Activity: Get a project intro from Copilot Chat"
  3. In this section it talks about checking that the "GitHub Copilot" Extension in installed in the CodeSpace however when looking for that extension it says that it has been deprecated and replaced by GitHub Copilot Chat (which is installed by default

The info for the GitHub Copilot Chat extension which says it is built in and therefore doesn't need installing but would just need enabling it it had been disabled.
