* chore(deps): hold typescript at 6.x — 7.0 breaks the eslint peer range

Dependabot's group bump took typescript from ^6.0.0 to ^7.0.2, which npm ci
refuses: @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin@8.63.0 declares
peer typescript ">=4.8.4 <6.1.0", so the whole install ERESOLVEs and every
frontend job fails.

The other nine updates in the group are fine and are kept. TypeScript stays on
6.x until the eslint toolchain supports 7 — a major TS bump is its own change,
not a drive-by inside a dependency group, especially on the way into a release.

Verified with the exact CI sequence: npm ci resolves, vue-tsc --noEmit clean,
297/297 frontend tests pass, build succeeds.
