Summary

Adds a new node-platform proto event for node job metadata.

  • Adds common.v1.NodeJobInfo
  • Adds NodeTransmitter with chain_id
  • Adds typed transmitter address buckets via map<string, NodeTransmitterAddresses>
  • Registers common.v1.NodeJobInfo in chip-schemas.json

This keeps build metadata in NodeBuildInfo while allowing job-derived transmitter addresses to be emitted and ingested through a separate node-platform table.

Testing

  • GOCACHE=/tmp/go-build GOTOOLCHAIN=auto go test ./... from node-platform
