Removes remaining CI wiring for CCIP E2E jobs that were deleted in #22118.
Changes:
- Deletes the
run-ccip-e2e-tests-setupandrun-ccip-e2e-testsjobs from the integration test workflow. - Removes CCIP-specific path filters/outputs and prunes downstream
needs/result-check steps that referenced the removed jobs. - Updates a few explanatory log lines and reformats some YAML for readability.

#22118 removed these tests totally. Removing references from CI.
