Purpose
Replace the tip of
release/2.44.0with an equivalent tree whose commit is SSH-signed (PassportControl) so GitHub shows Verified and branch rules can be satisfied.0073aa9435/ message Bump version and update CHANGELOG for v2.44.0 — recreated as3e6d49bf38with signature.github-actions[bot]); committer/signer: JD signing key.Merge
