This pull request updates documentation and configuration to support the CRE CLI v1.16.0 release, introduces ADI Mainnet support, and improves developer guidance for confidential HTTP requests and credential security. It also adds new EVM forwarder addresses for ADI Mainnet and Arc Testnet.
