[Bug]: smithery mcp publish returning 400 {"error":"No values to set"}

What actually happened?

$ ls -lah mcp-server.mcpb

$ smithery auth login

$ smithery mcp publish ./mcp-server.mcpb -n Decodo/decodo-mcp

What's the expected behavior?

Expect to be able to publish an .mcpb server.

Publishing is done through personal account, so not sure how to provide steps.
