When I follow the instructions and attempt to install, the following error prevents installation:
% npx create-socket-app react

If I try to subsequently manually install @socketsupply/socket-darwin-x64 npm finds the package but will not install because the directory is not empty.
I've tried with 18.x and latest of Node installed via nvm.
