error # SIG 11 - SIGSEGV: segfault # ——runSofa in Ubuntu system

Hello, I am a novice. According to the official website document 【https://www.sofa-framework.org/download/】, I choose Conda to install Sofa on my Ubuntu. For details about the installation process, refer to 【https://github.com/sofa-framework/conda-ci?tab=readme-ov-file#installing-sofa-from-conda】. And I choose the install with all packaged plugins command: conda install sofa-app sofa-python3 sofa-stlib sofa-modelorderreduction sofa-beamadapter sofa-softrobots sofa-cosserat --channel sofa -- framework --channel conda-forge.
I built the sofa_env environment first, and all subsequent installations went smoothly, When I runSofa or runSofa/home/wyuan/anaconda3 / envs/sofa_env/share/sofa/examples/Demos/caduceus SCN, it appeared below error

so how to solve?

The sofa version I downloaded is 24.2.0 .

My ubuntu version is:
(sofa_env) wyuan@wy_workstation:~$cat /proc/version

the python version for this environment is python 3.12
