ROpensci deprecated

Hello,

Its appears that the api calls for the import of the data from Ropensci is deprecated.

As an example to access the data of one package it should be :

https://ropensci.r-universe.dev/api/packages/

and not

https://ropensci.r-universe.dev/packages/

And there might be more errors for the versions of the software too.
