Highlighting LiveViews not working

In particular projects highlighting LiveViews via Components Tree, Associated LiveViews or inspecting seems not to work, highlighting LiveComponents works fine.

The problem seems to be wrapper not being visible (bounding rect not creating). It has display: contents property (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/Reference/Properties/display#box) by default mix phx.new installer: https://github.com/phoenixframework/phoenix/blob/c88da921ef8009e0aca8643d5334585cd35d5573/installer/templates/phx_assets/app.css.eex#L103.
