fix: Change BOS/EOS token ids for non-multilingual Whisper in model configs (#170)

## Description

This PR fixes a change which was made by accident when adding code for
multilingual Whisper. The aforementioned PR changed BOS and EOS for
non-multilingual Whisper tiny, which should not be changed.
