About DISABLE_COMMIT_PAUSING_MECHANISM

I noticed React Native is working on a new animation backend. Will this address the DISABLE_COMMIT_PAUSING_MECHANISM issue? If yes, when is it expected to land in a stable release?

Hi @yujingwyh, DISABLE_COMMIT_PAUSING_MECHANISM issue will be ultimately fixed by branching mechanism which was introduced in this PR to React Native. Currently it's under testing and should be out in some future release of React Native.
