J Tools is a live, no-code web toolkit for Solana tokens: create SPL / Token-2022 tokens, add liquidity across major DEXes (Raydium, Orca, Meteora), revoke mint/freeze/update authorities, airdrop to many wallets, and snapshot/analyze holders, all signed from a connected wallet. Docs at docs.j.tools.
It fits alongside the existing hosted/web tools already in the list (e.g. BastCtrl Tools, QuickNode, Underdog API). One row added to the Publicly Available table, matching the existing format.
