update list with new service and update 3 Server locations (#789)

@Vinnl I added our newest service.
additional the physical server locations were not quite right, I updated it with the actual physical location you can see here https://check-host.net/ip-info?host=teamid.live&csrf_token=813a884b523fd3805613d1a3ba0de4ece828f781

as always, get back if questions, I hope what I'm doing is helpful for the Community.... ;-)
