Support Payment Request API within SolidusBraintree

Goal

We want to support Payment Request API because

1. This would provide a better customer experience for our users.
2. It might become some kind of standard in the ecommerce industry in the future.

Questions

• Should we update SolidusBraintree JS from 3.84 to 3.91?
• Should we implement on both frontend and backend components?

The issue is currently blocked by this problem found on the Braintree web library.

An answer just came in (last week) stating that it was deprecated in Chrome, and no ETA could be provided. Sad.
