Crash on Start

Installed native steam on OpenSUSE tumbleweed x86_64 with 6.18.3.
Installed Garrys Mod from steam w/o compability tool enabled.
Patched with GModPatchTool before running.
Crashes after trying to start it.
What i need to check?

By “native steam”, do you mean running Steam using system libraries instead of the ones that come packaged with Steam?

If so, I would recommend against doing this, since it's known to cause issues in general, especially since distros often apply their own patches to the software they distribute. In your case, it's likely a missing library or something that isn't installed on your system that would otherwise be provided by the Steam runtime.

They likely mean the native package vs using Flatpak etc.
