ci: re-trigger Azure pipeline

The t1-lag-vpp Elastictest run for build 1149610 errored only in the
memory_utilization autouse fixture teardown of pc/test_po_cleanup.py
(both test cases passed). This is a known, widespread t1-lag-vpp
test-framework flake (sonic-net/sonic-mgmt#18991) and is unrelated to
this docker-sonic-vs change. Re-running CI to get a clean result.
