Update the two VPP submodule pointers to the latest fix branches: - sonic-sairedis: drop LAG sub-port TX redirect workaround (sonic-net#1907) - sonic-platform-vpp: HLD revert + lcp-auto-subint comment fix (sonic-net#237) Re-triggers CI to build the syncd/vpp dockers against the latest code. Test-only combo branch for Elastictest regression (pipeline 2818, t1-lag-vpp). Bundles two cross-repo changes into one image:
.gitmodules URLs for these two submodules are temporarily pointed at the lunyue-ms forks so CI can fetch the fork-only commits. Not for merge.
