• Adds support for combined depth-stencil textures and stencil testing to plume.
• Wires up proper depth-stencil format and stencil test state from guest.
• Removed outdated Unleashed pipeline cache data since it broke with the updates to the pipeline state structure.

Fixes a brightness effect meant for where the search lights hit in White Acropolis covering the whole screen instead.
