Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the TF2-QuickServer Discord bot service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

TF2-QuickServer provides Team Fortress 2 servers for competitive gameplay. These servers are provided in good will and at no cost to users. The infrastructure and operations of this service depend on donations from the community to remain operational.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to use TF2-QuickServer for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

4.1 Abuse of Service

You shall not abuse the bot or the resources it provides.

4.2 Wasteful Server Creation

You agree not to create servers that will not be actively used for their intended purpose. Creating servers solely to expend resources or spend money is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Violation Consequences

Any users found abusing the service or creating servers without legitimate intent will be permanently banned from using TF2-QuickServer. No exceptions will be made, and bans are final.

5. Donation Model

TF2-QuickServer operates on a donation-based model. Donations are voluntary contributions to support ongoing infrastructure costs and service maintenance. Donations do not entitle users to any guarantee of service availability or additional privileges beyond standard access.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain reliable service, TF2-QuickServer is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the availability of servers at any given time.

7. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Using the service only for its intended purpose
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respecting other users and maintaining a positive community
  • Not circumventing security measures or access controls

8. Limitation of Liability

TF2-QuickServer, its operators, and contributors are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or server content
  • Downtime or service interruptions
  • Any damages arising from your use of the service

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to TF2-QuickServer at any time, with or without cause. Violations of these terms, particularly regarding service abuse or wasteful resource consumption, will result in immediate and permanent termination of access.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of TF2-QuickServer following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and TF2-QuickServer regarding your use of the service and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
