test: add workflow coverage checks

• 新增 CI/E2E workflow 合约测试，覆盖质量门禁、兼容性矩阵、PR quick gate 和 nightly full regression 关键路径。
• 忽略 weapp-tailwindcss 构建分析生成的 stats HTML，避免全仓 lint 扫描生成报告。
