CSE Machine: option selection does not survive "Run"

The selection of options such as arrow filters currently gets reset by "Run".

I think the selection of CSE machine options should survive any actions in the CSE machine tab.

At the moment, Print, Control and Stash, and Truncate Control survive the clicking of Run and even navigating to Home, and the data visualizer. I think there is no harm in that. We could all selection boxes behave that way.

Can we persist the settings in local storage?
We can create a new persisted Redux slice
