Filter from files to run `mix format` only in `{.ex,.exs}` files

I got an exception when I'm trying to commit changes in a .vue file:

This error occurs because I have this line in the .vue file:

<a v-bind:href="column.link">Details</a>

To solve it, we need to only call mix format only with .ex and .exs files
