Error to compile grwave.bin

I have a new error when I want to run "GRwave.py". The error comes from the file base.py. I think it may be because I don't have Ninja installed, it's possible?

You would need

1. Fortran compiler
2. Cmake or Meson+Ninja

The if statements are handling corner cases with cmake on windows

I have already download these packages in Anaconda, but I have the same error. I can't compile the file grwave.bin from grwave.for

I try to run it in Windows and Ubuntu.
