Fix stale Startup step citation in the Claude runtime adapter (pre-cut audit NB#1)#481
Conversation
The 0250 sprint collapsed the shared core's FO Startup recipe from 8 steps to 3. claude-first-officer-runtime.md still cited the Interactive-vs-headless given-the-conn rule as "Startup step 8"; it is now step 3. The rule text itself was always correct — only the numeral was stale. Flagged by the 0250 pre-cut audit (non-blocker #1).

Merging with two documented lane reds, FO judgment under the captain's standing conn (merges) — full analysis: (1) claude-live opus red = runner-guard false positive on a RECOVERED transient, transcript-proven: the FO's wrong parent-dir guess was fail-loudly refused by the binary itself, the retry filed correctly at the fixture root (created 001/wire-the-thing.md, id=001) — durable end-state correct; guard keys on the transient cd. Recorded as the defining specimen in seed sc (live-runner-boot-preamble-hardening); same shape pre-dates this PR. claude-live sonnet variant GREEN this attempt. (2) codex-live = the known 3v flap + the ready-one grader surface-variance, both documented families under the captain's codex waiver. The diff is one numeral in a prose citation (pre-cut audit NB#1) that provably cannot influence either failure mode. |
