lazygit: add versions @0.60.0:0.62.2 and add version ldflag

• Add lazygit versions @0.60:0.62.2
• Add ldflags to:
  • tag the version in the build so that lazygit --version outputs the appropriate version
  • set the buildSource so that lazygit's auto-update feature is disabled

Confirmed that versions @0.59:0.62.2 all compile successfully.
