Document definitive list of userInfoRequirements (security.authn.oauth2.userInfoRequirements)

For anyone who finds this later, it seems like userInfoRequirements can validate against any UserInfo properties from google's oauth2 response, such as hd. See: https://github.com/googleapis/google-api-go-client/blob/7290f25351cc90fdeb492127c98cc3fb023793d4/oauth2/v2/oauth2-api.json#L198
