This fixes some minor security issues for sonarqube, commit SHA should be included by renovate updates since this PR:
#3128
But in this one we batch update them all so we don't have any old ones stuck in our repo.
Also there was one GH_TOKEN_ADMIN in run block which is another issue fixed.
