Describe the request
With the release of 3.1.0, the helm repo seems to no longer have the 3.0.0 release:

We're originally using helm from terraform, which yields this error:

This means we can't use the operator unless we update to 3.1.0 or downgrade to 2.8.1. For Splunk environments on 10.0, that would mean we're in an unsupported setup of operator and Splunk version.

Expected behavior
An operator release should not disappear without being deprecated (I highly assume 3.0.0 is missing by mistake).
