RSpock => Spock for Ruby

I'll let the README.md speak for itself, but if you use Ruby and you wished you could write tests in as close to a Spock-way as possible, but in Ruby, then 👀 . I know dev x at this level is possibly dying nowadays, but I figured hey... maybe someone is interested.
