IOS Spokestack.initialize not running on release version

Describe the bug

It looks like Spokestack initialization doesn't want to run if the app has build configuration set to release, but works fine if it's set to debug.

• Version of react-native-spokestack 6.1.4
• Version of react-native 0.66.0
• Device and OS version IOS 14.7.1
