Add example for $geoIntersects with Criteria

$geoIntersects is only supported with Criteria object. It will be good to add the example

I noticed this issue has been open since 2019. Is this still something the team would like implemented?

I'd be happy to work on adding a $geoIntersects example if this is still relevant and wanted.
