Even though i have wifi disabled it always connects after boot but doesnt show the indicator in the topbar. The wifi setting also says "off" but you can hear the wifi signal interfering with the speakers and also when you start the apps that fetch data from the web they seem to work so there has to be a connection.
As a temporary fix you can just switch wifi on after boot (because the script has already ran there is no waiting time) and switch it off again.
