/usr/bin/python: Error while finding module specification for 'elasticdl.python.master.main' (ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'elasticdl')

I follow the tutorial and get the error when submit the job to my minikube.

minikube kubectl -- get pods:
elasticdl-test-mnist-allreduce-master 0/1 Error 0 10m

minikube kubectl -- logs elasticdl-test-mnist-allreduce-master

Is elasticdl/elasticdl:v1.0.0 the image of elasticdl-test-mnist-allreduce-master? If yes, you can run pip show elasticdl in a container with the image to check the elasticdl package.
