Support long-tail vendor aliasing and bump version
Bump release to 0.4.17 and add broad long-tail vendor alias coverage. Update metadata_query and vendor_raw_processing to recognize many alias terms (creative/picture style, film simulation, dynamic-range/DLO, camera-to-XYZ/RGB matrices, white-balance gains, optical/radial correction, raw-development, color lookup/tables, etc.) so grouped query candidates and classification include these source-style/color/lens/raw-processing aliases. Add tests validating grouping, classification, and concept-resolution for Samsung/Sony/Olympus aliases. Update CHANGES, VERSION, and multiple docs (api_stability, development, interpretation_status and Sphinx sources) to reflect expanded alias coverage and adjusted status/coverage notes.
