PDF not being compared

Hey idk if you are still working on this but when i loaded these two documents, the program didnt detect any changes

I dont know if im doing something wrong or not, I put the 2025 document on the left and the 2026 document on the right.

I can add more details if you need, thank you so much!!

Hi! this is strange, I get the comparison as expected. Are you running the binary or the script? Can you get the app working with other files?

When i had this, the git diff command was not running correctly (it was using a diff plugin, which i modified in https://github.com/ssibb/PDF-Diff-Viewer/pull/1/files#diff-21f796843f474adf08eedbc68f26309cfb99b841c4499a50d1591a92732524aaR564
Maybe try running it again with latest version?
