Signature should be per-account

I'd like to configure neomd for reading both my personal account and my work account. I need a different signature for each role, but currently the signature is configured globally in the [ui] section. Signature should be per account (or have a global default, but permit accounts to provide an override).

@sspaeti Do you mind if I pick this one? I wanted to implement this as well as support for folders definition per account. Basically, Gmail uses a different structure than Outlook or it may be different for other providers. It can work in a similar manner as accounts. I'll send a PR in the morning.

Oh yes, that is much better! I only us one account and forward all emails to that, and then only switch the sender, that's why it's not a requirement for me. But per-account would make much more sense.

OK this is now solved with the latest change in #19 (comment) (currently dev branch - but I will create a new version 0.8.4 shortly)
