feat(extensions): Deprecation of eo.Band and RasterBand in favor of common metadata band

Description:

• Updated extensions.eo's specs to v2.0.0 (https://github.com/stac-extensions/eo/releases/tag/v2.0.0)
• Updated extensions.raster's specs to v2.0.0 (https://github.com/stac-extensions/raster/releases/tag/v2.0.0)
• Created new common metadata object Band, that takes a name, a description and extra_fields
• Moved NoDataStrings, DataType and Statistics to common_metadata.py
• Created new metadata properties: bands, nodata, data_type, statisticsand unit. See (https://github.com/radiantearth/stac-spec/blob/master/commons/common-metadata.md) for more information.
• Added count field to Statistics
• Added retrocompatibility interface for eo.Band and RasterBand, using Band under the hood
• Deprecated band property on both EoExtension and RasterExtension
• Added BandEOExtension and BandRasterExtension
• Modified migration methods for EoExtensionHooks and RasterExtensionHooks to move to v2.0.0, extended to assets. See this migration strategy guide for more details (https://github.com/radiantearth/stac-spec/blob/master/best-practices.md#bands).
