Deploying stac-fastapi based containers to kubernetes requires a mature helm chart with sane defaults.
Describe the solution you'd like
A helm chart that puts up relevant deployments with good opinionated defaults and relevant escape hataches to say connect to hosted elasticsearch/opensearch and speeds up kubernetes deployment of this stack.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Writing my own manifests. Ideally a community helm chart is created and maintained and shared with best practice.
