Address issues discovered in stackabletech/kafka-operator#899

Part of stackabletech/kafka-operator#870

• CRD change: add new field for controller bootstrapping.
• Implement a client interface (service, listener, secrets, etc.) for Kraft controllers.
• Implement Kerberos authentication for the above.
• Add tests and docs.
