Describe the bug
Like this, actually whenever we let the AI run the npm run dev itself then they would be able to stop automatically. GHowever sometimes when we run the npm run dev command then there would be stuck and the terminal has been lagging and cannot be stopped by the AI itself and also end users. This would be causing the following command that need to be running in CLi terminal cannot be run and make the whole process stucked in the middle

Steps to reproduce
1.You just let the system tracing back to the prompted results first
2. You can wait until the npm run dev stucked at there
3. After that you just need to scroll uo if you are at the bottom of chat until the stuck command line that cannot be run due to the npm run dev
Expected behavior
The command line should be able to run and also every time when we reload or we reenter into the chat history, all of the prompt that with the code written should be able to run and come out with the preview baaed on the code
