0.69.0 introduced a dependency on node 24

#501 upgraded isbinaryfile to a version that mandates node 24. This constitutes a breaking change for us as we deliberately run our CI in last maintenance node.js version to be able to explicitly test our packages with this version.

Any chance this update can be reverted until node 22 goes out of maintenance?
