Subject: [PATCH 3/6] feat: update pnpm workspace configuration and add Vite
setup
- Added `esbuild` to allowed builds in pnpm workspace.
- Excluded specific minimum release ages for certain packages.
- Modified TypeScript configuration to include `vite.config.ts` instead of `farm.config.ts`.
- Created a new Vite configuration file with React plugin, environment variable checks, and server proxy settings.
